A.B Coaching was born from a shared passion, not just for training and nutrition, but for helping everyday people feel empowered, strong, and in control of their health.
Together, we’ve spent the last 7 years learning, growing, and coaching within the health and fitness industry. With a background in Nutrition Science and Personal Training, we’ve both experienced firsthand the ups and downs of transforming not just the body, but mindset and lifestyle too.
Our journey started just like many of our clients, navigating our own struggles with body image, performance, self-confidence, and the pressure of doing everything “perfectly.” Over time, we realised that real change doesn’t come from extremes, it comes from building habits, trusting the process, and having the right support along the way.
That’s why we created A.B Coaching, to provide coaching that’s not just informative, but personal and truly supportive. We work closely with clients at every level, from those just starting out to those stepping on stage, guiding them with the same care and honesty we needed when we started.
Our mission is simple: help you feel, move, and live better – long-term.

Founded by Abbie and Byung-Gook, A.B Coaching was created to offer a tailored approach to health and fitness that supports real people with real goals. Our mission is to help clients feel stronger, move with purpose, and create lasting habits around nutrition, training, and mindset.
Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, body recomposition, or simply building a better relationship with your health, our coaching programs are designed to meet you where you’re at and guide you every step of the way.
We work with clients in-person and online, offering:
